Vaccination Schedule by Vaccine

COVID 19: 12 years and older

DTaP: 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 4-6 years

Hib: 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 15 months

Hep A: 12 months, 18 months

Hep B: Birth, 2 months, 6 months (unless they dont get it at birth then they will get it at 4 months)

HPV: 2 does series if started at 11-12 years. If started after 15 years it's a 3 does series. With 2 months between each dose

Flu: Starts at 6 months

Menquadfi: 11-12 years and 16 years

Bexsero: 16 years and 18 years

MMR: 12 months, 4-6 years

Proquad: 4-6 years

Prevnar 20: 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months

Polio: 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 4-6 years

Why vaccinate?

Are flu shots a walk-in?

Yes. Flu shots are available on a walk-in basis, making it easy to stay protected during flu season.

Do you offer vaccination for shingles?

Yes. We provide the Shingrix shingles vaccine, which is given as a two-dose series spaced 2–6 months apart.

Do you offer kindergarten/7th grade roundups?

Yes. We offer school-required vaccinations, and we recommend that children are up to date on their Well Child Visits before coming in.

How old does a child have to be for the 1st flu shot?

Children can receive their first flu shot at 6 months old. Two doses are given 30 days apart to ensure full protection.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 6:30pm and Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. We offer same-day treatments when possible.
